Full Fat Cheeses, Heavy Creams, Real Butter, Coconut Oil, Avocados, Olive Oil, Quality Cuts of Meat, Eggs, , MCT Oil, Fish, Sardines, Bacon, Vegetables (Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower, etc.), Pink Himalayan Salt/Sea Salt, and water.

If you stop burning excess body fat, then eliminate cheese and cream.
