Using body weight options OR your own Bulgarian bags and Kettlebells, these classes are operated in a traditional Timed HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training) format, but you can go as hard or easy as you want for your level of fitness. Classes can last anywhere from 20 to 30 mins, depending on timings selected by the instructor, for optimal fitness benefits. In order to participate in this class, you must be competent with a Bulgarian bag and kettlebells. If you have never used these before, please book in for a class readiness PT session to get you up to scratch with technique for safety.
