Our Mindful classes come in a variety of methods including Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi,  Hypopressive Core Exercise, Fitness Yoga and Ballet-FiiT .  The focus is on postural conditioning, muscular toning, joint care & alignment.  All levels of experience and physical condition welcome.
