Pilates-Plus sessions with our Director, Marie Behenna, combines traditional Pilates methods with adaptations of other styles of thoughtful exercise and rehabilitation.
While traditional Pilates exercises are wonderful forms of exercise for many, there are also some that are contraindicated for many conditions such as disc bulges, abdominal separation, spinal injury and pelvic organ prolapse. Marie has combined her preferred combination of methods to create a safe program which reduces internal pressure and avoids injury.
Marie will assess your physical wellbeing and adapt a Pilates-Plus program to suit your requirements whilst keeping you safe with adaptations specifically for you.
