Service Description

Learn how to use our Bulgarian Bags and Russian kettlebells, so you can get a feel for the type of exercise we teach at Studio 41. We always want you to enjoy our sessions safely, so that’s why we run beginners sessions to ensure you don’t hurt yourself with clever techniques. We are about longevity and retention, rather than bums on seats, so come and give us a try before you join up for a Trial Month.
